This is perhaps the closest we will have to a Lady Dimitrescu in real life: the model Ekaterina Lisina, of 2.05 m, cosplayed the villain of Resident Evil Village.
A former player in the Russian basketball team, the model won a bronze medal at the 2008 Olympics before retiring and changing careers. Certified by the Guinness Book of Records in 2017, Lisina is the tallest model in the world and also the bearer of the longest legs, according to the official site.
More than 2 m tall, the model is still not exactly the size of the colossal Lady Dimitrescu, who is 2.9 m tall, but the result is already quite incredible. Check out the posts of Instagram below:

Resident Evil Village is scheduled for May 7, 2021, for PS5, Xbox Series X | S, PS4, Xbox One and PC. The game will be dubbed in Brazilian Portuguese.
