The most nostalgic gamers have so far been able to enjoy World of Warcraft Classic, game that perfectly recreates the state of the MMORPG from Blizzard when I just came out. Now you are about to take your first step into the future, and welcome expansion Burning Crusade.
The pre-expansion patch is now available in WoW Classic, which means you can now start testing the content of this legendary DLC. Only some of the activities, functions and classes are available right now in the North America server.

When players log into WoW Classic, the game will ask you if you want to keep your character in that game state, or if you want to advance to Burning Crusade. This will make them exist three active versions of the game, including the modern one with all its expansions.
Burning Crusade Classic will be fully released next June 1. For now, you can already participate in the pre-launch event, Battle for the Dark Portal, made by Highlord Kruul.
