The closing day’s activities included three lectures. The first lecture was delivered by Demian and Mergin from Abreu. The title of the second lecture, which was delivered by Ben Hilt, Director of the Certified Training Program at the Specialty Coffee Association, was: “Introduction to the New Specialty Coffee Association Skills Diploma.” In the third lecture, Andreas Zehnder addressed the topic: “The Economics of Coffee Extraction Plants: Analysis of Investment Returns for Sustainability.”
