World number 8, Holger Rune found some color at the end of the season by recruiting German tennis legend Boris Becker to his side. The 20-year-old Dane, who was already in the top 4 in the world for a few weeks this summer, wants to move up a gear in 2024. To do this, he has chosen to surround himself with a new major coach: Severin Lüthi , Roger Federer’s head coach from 2007 to 2022.

As a reminder, Lüthi had a brief playing career but is obviously known for his role as coach of Roger Federer for fifteen years and he also took on the role of captain of Swiss Davis Cup since 2005.

And Boris Becker is here to bring his experience as a tennis legend to Holger Rune, Severin Lüthi he will be able to offer all his expertise on training a legend himself.
