Police Officer James Brenard of San Antonio, Texas, arrived at a burger restaurant.
However, the policeman’s eyes saw a car parked in the parking lot.
This is a suspected stolen vehicle that escaped from him yesterday.
Brenard walked over to the car, opened the door and found a man eating a hamburger.
Brenard ordered “Get out of the car”, but the man said “Why?” and drove the car in reverse.
The policeman then fires several times with his gun.
The man eating the hamburger was 17-year-old Eric Cantou.
According to the family, Cantù is in critical condition.
Brennerd said Cantu hit him with the car door open and ran away and shot him.
However, the police fired Brenard for not following the police arrest rules.
Police explained that they would have to wait without opening the car door for colleagues to arrive.
