The Stara Zagora District Court is considering the measure of restraint of the three detainees for espionage at the Arsenal military plant, BNT reported.
Two others have been added to the two allegations of embezzlement by officials who took advantage of their official position and of trafficking in weapons without a license. What they are – remains an investigative secret.
One of the detainees is an internationally renowned scientist, a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences. His developments are in the field of cumulative ammunition.
The lawyer of the accused refused to disclose details on the grounds that since yesterday the State Prosecution has initiated a pre-trial production for information leakage.
