Bayern Munich manager Hansi Flick assessed that his side had demonstrated the viability of becoming a superior team when they won the semi-finals of the 2020 Club World Cup.
BOLASPORT.COM – German Coach, Hansi flickhe didn’t want to boast that his team could celebrate eight goals against Costa Rica in their third Group E match World Cup 2022.
Germany face a life or death match against Costa Rica in a game on Friday (2/12/2022) at 0200am WIB.
Die Mannschaft are currently bottom of the table in Group E with one point from two games.
Victory is the only option for Germany if they are to maintain their chances of qualifying for the round of 16.
Even then, they still have to depend on the results of matches between Japan and Spain on the same day and time.
Germany will qualify if they win over Costa Rica, while Japan lose to Spain.
However, if Spain fail to beat Japan and Germany beat Costa Rica, the survival of Thomas Mueller and others is determined by goal difference.
The best case scenario for Germany is that they win by a large margin of goals over Costa Rica.
After all, Germany has experience of scoring goals at the World Cup, such as beating Brazil 7-1 in the 2014 World Cup and winning 8-0 against Saudi Arabia in the 2002 World Cup.
