The city of Jerez de la Frontera is preparing to face two weeks of traffic disruptions due to the renovation works on the supply and sanitation networks in the city. What does cutting involve?
The section of the Ronda de Muleros that will be closed to traffic extends from the Juan Moneo ‘El Torta’ street until the Alcubilla Slope. Likewise, the Coal Squarein the section between the Torresoto Avenue and the Ronda de Muleros will also suffer a total cut.

Vehicles coming from Juan Moneo ‘El Torta’ towards Ronda de Muleros will be diverted towards the Diego Beato Street in Cadiz. For their part, vehicles travelling from Cuesta de la Alcubilla towards Torresoto Avenue and Ronda de Muleros will be diverted by the Port Street.
It is important to note that, despite the cuts, residents in the affected areas will still be able to access their homes. However, residents are advised to plan their journeys in advance and use alternative routes whenever possible.

The works in Ronda de Muleros and Plaza del Carbón will also have an impact on local businesses. Establishments located in these areas could experience a decrease in the number of customers during the period of execution of the works.
