Current situation, opportunities and necessary measures

Austria recently ratified ILO Convention 190. This provides for legal bans and comprehensive strategies to combat violence and harassment in the world of work. Despite high protection standards in Austria, studies show that violence and harassment in the workplace are still widespread – especially in female-dominated industries.

As part of this event, we want to take a closer look at the current situation regarding violence and harassment in the workplace and explore preventive options at the industry and company level.
