Anticipating an even greater demand for the services it provides, co-working office operator “Workland” is looking for expansion opportunities in the Baltic countries, including Riga.
The official opening of the newest office “Workland” in the new business center “Verde” in Riga is planned for April this year, but it is already about 80% filled, the company reports.
This is not the only project of this type that has been implemented in Riga recently, that is, very recently in the business center “Business Garden” in Mārupe, opposite the shopping center “Spice”, the flexible work environment company IWG has opened the “Regus Business Garden” complex, but this year it intends to offer the market new product – top-level co-working space “Spaces” in “Zunda Towers” complex.
