7:00 am:
The alarm clock is ringing. “I like to take my time in the morning and start the day comfortably”, tells Marijana Tomic. Then it’s off to the TIROLER customer office in Schwaz.
8:10 am:
Arriving at the office, now it’s time to answer e-mails, prepare offers, check contracts and maybe do an e-learning. “TIROLER trains us and continues – I’m a career changer and still have a lot to learn. Fortunately there is the sales coach who supports me. ”
10:30 am:
Discussion with sales manager Dietmar Rappold. “We go through the results of my appointments together, check new and old contracts and clarify open questions”, tells the trained kindergarten teacher, “It is important to me that our customers get the insurance they need. I am glad that I am not dependent on contracts, because I have a fixed salary and do not have to rely on commissions. “
12:00 o’clock:
Lunch break. “I’m going home to eat at noon. When I have evening appointments, the break is longer – sometimes I also take a short nap “, laughs the 22-year-old. Everyone in the field can organize their time freely.
2:30 p.m .:
Tomic prepares for the upcoming appointments in the home office.
4 p.m .:
Customer appointment number 1: “I plan an hour for each consultation and leave a half-hour buffer for the next appointment. So it doesn’t matter if the conversation lasts ten minutes longer. Nevertheless, I always come on time. ”
17:30:
After a short drive, customer appointment number 2 is on the agenda: While preparing, Tomic noticed that the second child had not yet been included in the liability insurance policy. She’ll catch up on that right away.
6:30 p.m .:
End of working day. “In the evening I meet a friend or go to the gym. I need this balance. ”
