To the management of the newspaper O PAÍS, my sincere thanks, because your space, the Carta do Leitor, is widely read every day… from the Yellow Bridge to the vicinity of the Ti’show, at the point where taxis are taken to the province of Cuanza-Norte, Malanje and other parts of the country.
The company carrying out the works removed the asphalt that was said to be old and is laying another one, randomly, just under three kilometers away, but the delay that the driver or passengers take in the taxi, frustrates anyone.
And, I think it’s something that can be done at night, with appropriate technical means, to avoid the frenzy first thing in the morning and I also don’t know if such work should take that long, it’s too much and it’s already infuriating the citizens, because, even not being an engineer, it can be inferred that the undertaking has already taken forever and it is too much.
