On average, workers say they save 1 hour a day thanks to AI. The study shows that the time saved is used to focus on high-value tasks: about a quarter of users say they spend this extra time on tasks creative or strategic thinking.
In France, almost three quarters of users say they are more productive thanks to AI, and only a quarter have received training on this technology as part of their work.
Take a human-centered approach
The results of the study show a paradoxical situation regarding employees’ perception of employment. On the one hand, 40% of workers are worried about their long-term job security. On the other hand, a majority, 83%, intend to remain in their current position, marking the highest retention rate in three years. In addition, 51% of respondents believe that AI-related skills open new professional opportunities, which shows a certain optimism about the arrival of this technology.
Teaching ability
Only 8% of workers in France (11% worldwide) say they are ready for the future and able to adapt to changes in the labor market. 97% of them (compared to 57% of respondents) benefit from a personalized development plan, almost unanimous which shows the importance of adapted support in a constantly changing environment.
