After the epic fight between Karolína Krézlova and Barbora Mlejnkova, it was finally a well-known poker player who left the tough reality show Survivor Czech Republic & Slovakia. Another former contestant, Soňa Sedláčková, who herself had problems with the actress in the tribe of Heroes, decided to comment on the situation. In this context, she spoke on her Instagram about her own experiences with bullying and life with a manipulator.
A manipulator in the Hero tribe
After coach and mentor Soňa Sedláčková, one of the eliminated Survivor contestants, saw a video of a crying Karolína Krézlová after an argument with her rival Barbora Mlejnková, she felt the need to comment on the person of the actress. It’s no secret that Soňa and Karolína didn’t exactly hit it off, and Sedláčková’s antipathy apparently persists even after returning from the Dominican Republic.
“I can’t imagine my parents watching a stranger pour complexes on me,” lamented the actress and model with tears in her eyes in an interview as part of the toughest competition that viewers can regularly watch on TV Nova or the TV platform Voyo.
“Thanks to this story I experienced on the island, I thought I would speak,” wrote Soňa to the video she shared on hers Instagram. “It was enough to hide all the connections of outsider-survivor-bully. Yes, I withdrew on the island and there was a strong reason for it,” Sedláčková wrote at the beginning of her story with an apology that in the previous post she had inadvertently created an assumption and slandered the entire tribe, which was not her intention.
“I withdrew into myself, into the role of an observer, because I immediately noticed a strong manipulator on the plane and I did not want to be a target. I observed how he behaves, how he affects the people in the tribe, how he becomes their friend, how he plays the game and what are this person’s strengths and weaknesses,” stated Soňa, who also exchanged opinions with Krézlová on the island.
At first, she said, she was surprised that the tribe did not notice anything, but in her opinion, her teammates do not have enough experience to detect a manipulator. “The advantage was that this person was not in control of his emotions and it gradually came out,” she wrote, saying that what she saw brought back memories of two of her own life stories.
Bullying and psychological terror
In the first of them, Soňa confided that she was a victim of bullying in high school. “It went so far that not only I, but also my mother, the school psychologist and the teacher were in total shock,” said Sedláčková, who is said to be planning to include all the details in the book she is currently working on. “Today I know why someone is able to survive a short circuit, despair, helplessness, unbearable pressure,” she added, outlining what she was experiencing.
Another experience that the former participant of the world’s harshest reality show wanted to convey to her followers was related to her relationship with an ex-partner. “I lived with a severe emotional bully who tried to slowly strip me of my own identity, but my own strength and spiritual knowledge helped me.” she continued her story.
“These people are so amazing and perfect. They can draw attention to themselves. They are very strong personalities and they can overwhelm you with their energy. In the beginning they do everything to make people admire them, but behind closed doors this person becomes a very difficult being who it slowly convinces you daily that you are evil and the fault lies only with you. But in the beginning, this person will convince you that they are the best in the world, so much so that they make you feel that you need them. Before long, you become addicted and you are trapped. You can’t function without him or her.” she confided in her experience and added that not everything is always as it seems at first glance.
