(CNN) A wooden fence recently appeared at an observation point in Hallstatt, a village in central Austria rumored to be the inspiration for the Disney movie Frozen.

The village set it up to relieve the crowds of tourists who flock to this spot to take a selfie.

Hallstatt is a village with a population of less than 800 people, but the scenery of the beautiful townscape, lake, and snowy mountains in the background has been registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is said that 10,000 tourists visit in one day.

A village tourism official said in an interview with CNN in 2020 that he wanted to shift to tourism that emphasizes “quality” in the future.

A wooden fence can be considered one of the means to achieve this.

However, as a pilot project, it will only be installed for a short period of time.
