The word balance was highlighted at the launch of the women’s futsal Super Cup, which will be played today in Castelo Branco, at 11 am. The 1,184 tickets were all requested, meaning “a great environment for promoting women’s sport” is expected, as highlighted by the captains of Benfica and Nun’Álvares. “Our opponent has a growing project and has strengthened itself well. If the games were already very competitive, the balance will be even more pronounced. We expect a great atmosphere and take this trophy to the Benfica museum”, noted Inês Fernandes. Liana Alves, captain of Nun’Álvares, confesses that the recent triumph in the Iberian Cup constitutes “a boost” for the Fafe club. “The indicators are positive, knowing that on the other side there is an adversary that has had hegemony,” she added.
