Al-Marsad Newspaper: A video clip documented the lives of displaced people from southern Lebanon, the “stronghold of Hezbollah,” after fleeing the war and Israeli bombing.
The video showed a girl interviewing a woman whose house was bombed, so she had to move and live on the pavement and on the roads.
The Lebanese woman said that she had to make a house for herself out of pieces of wood and scraps, and described the condition of her simple kitchen and the water bottles filled in large plastic bottles that she uses for drinking and washing utensils.
She was seen using sand to clean tools instead of liquid products specified for that purpose. She also offered to put pigeons on the beach and said she lives on tinned food.
