On the eve of the International Day against Violence against Women, “Women for Women against Violence – Camomilla Award” will be broadcast on Friday 24 November at 11.10pm on Rai 3, hosted by Arianna Ciampoli and Beppe Convertini. Now in its fourth television edition, Women for Women is a unique event that unites two major themes of the female world: gender violence and breast cancer: through authentic testimonies, we talk about life and give voice to the strength of women.
The aim of the program is to remember that every year in Italy over 100 women are killed by men who, almost always, claim to love them, and also to remember that breast cancer is the main cause of cancer mortality in our country.

And again, Carolina Marconi, who had already launched the theme of oncological oblivion, and Filomena Lamberti, scarred with acid by her husband, reborn thanks also to the important contribution collected by the newspaper “La 27 Ora” of the Corriere della Sera which, represented by the head of the Roman editorial team, Giuseppe Di Piazza, will receive the Camomilla Award, a sculpture created by the master goldsmith Michele Affidato.
