Women Commission member Shahida Kamal congratulates the Mammootty film Kannur squad. Shahida said that most of the things told in the film about the police system are accurate. But Shahida said that she did not agree with the estimate that only 20 percent of the policemen were good and at least 40 percent were good. Shahida commented on the post shared by Mammootty that whatever the theme is, it is not a movie and a heroine is not needed.
‘Saw the Kannur squad. I went to the theater and saw it. Congratulations A real story. The relevant part of the story is that someone who was in the Kannur squad told me something that I was able to understand as a person who knows the policemen, their work and behavior closely.
When he went to take the loan, the behavior of the clerk there is correct. The attitude and disdain of the local police towards the Special Squad was pinpointed. Unnecessary interference and pressure from higher officers. 80-20 ratio is not correct. 40 percent police are good. And the other theme is not a movie. Don’t you want a heroine?,’ commented Shahida.
Meanwhile, the Kannur squad is continuing in the theaters with a good performance in the second week as well. The film is directed by debutant Robby Varghese Raj. The story of the film was written by Shafi and the screenplay by Doctor Roni and Shafi.
Other characters were played by Kishore Kumar, Vijayaraghavan, Sabreesh, Rony David and Manoj K. Dulquer Salmaan’s Wayfarer Films are the distributors of the film in Kerala. Kannur Squad is the fourth film produced by Mammootty’s company.
