A woman was stabbed at Stovner in Oslo on Thursday. One person has been arrested and charged in the case.

According to the police, there is a relationship between the two and they are both registered at the address. The police state that they have the situation under control.
– We received a report of a serious incident of violence. When we moved out with large forces, we found a woman who was badly injured. Life-saving measures were taken at the scene. The condition is serious, but not life-threatening, says team leader Brian Skotnes.
He says that the police feel they have good control over the course of events.
According to the police, there was probably an argument before the stabbing. There were several people in the apartment, and more people have flocked to the place afterwards.
– We are working on questioning witnesses, says Skotnes.
– It is too early to say what charges will be brought in the case, but it is a serious incident of violence, says the task leader.
The injured woman was treated by an ambulance at the scene before being taken to hospital.
Operations manager Tore Solberg has informed NTB that the police have control over the knife that was used.
– It appears as a serious incident, says Solberg.
