HAULERWOOD – A woman was seriously injured on Monday afternoon after she was kicked by a horse. The incident took place around 5 p.m. at a riding school on the Elleboogsvaart in Haulerwijk.
The victim was seriously injured and many emergency services arrived on the scene. In addition to the police and an ambulance, the Mobile Medical Team (MMT) also arrived by helicopter.
The victim was taken to hospital by ambulance. The MMT doctor went with the ambulance to assist the staff.
