The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) reported that a woman received a 30-year prison sentence for having ordered the murder of her husband and collecting on his life insurance.
This is Roxana Magdalena López de Chávez, who hired Nelson Mauricio Regalado Rosales to murder her husband.
According to investigations, the subject attacked the victim with a knife and took his life. The event was recorded in San Sebastián Salitrillo.
Given this event that they carried out in complicity, both subjects were sentenced for the crime of aggravated homicide, the woman to 30 years and the subject to 25 years in prison.
