A 34-year-old woman was pushed onto the train tracks at a Manhttan station and now the authorities are trying to find the whereabouts of the person responsible.
The incident occurred at approximately 11pm yesterday at Chambers Street station.
According to the uniformed, after falling onto the tracks, the victim received help from other users on the scene.
She was not seriously injured and no trains were approaching the station at the time the event occurred.
Emergency crews transported the victim to an area hospital, where she was treated for a broken leg.
The suspect fled the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
