Police investigate the discovery of a woman’s body in a hotel room in Cilandak, South Jakarta, which is suspected to be the victim murder. The police have arrested the suspect in the murder.
“If I’m not mistaken already secured but I don’t know how many people (who were secured),” said Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police Kombes Yusri Yunus when asked for confirmation, Sunday (5/9/2021).
Yusri now mentions the perpetrator murder being detained at the South Jakarta Metro Police. But he did not reveal the exact number of perpetrators who had been arrested.
“I don’t understand either, but they’ve been taken into custody if I’m not mistaken,” said Yusri.
As previously reported, the police are still investigating the alleged case murder this. The victim’s body has now been taken to the hospital.
“It is true, a body was found which is suspected to be a murder victim, once again it is still a presumption. Meanwhile, the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Azis Andriansyah, told reporters at the location, Saturday (4/9).
The victim was found dead by hotel employees this afternoon. The discovery of the body was only reported at around 17.00 WIB by the hotel.
“From the hotel post-finish, because the hour (check-out) was finished, around 14.00 WIB. It was only then reported and processed at the crime scene at around 04.00-05.00 in the afternoon,” said Azis.
Azis added that his party would re-process the crime scene. Police are still investigating the discovery of the body.
Azis also has not explained about the identity of the victim. The victim’s body has now been taken to the hospital.
