Woman killed in San Candido: hunt for the murderer, Civil Protection asks residents not to go out

(ANSA) – At least one person was killed last night in their home in San Candido, in Alto Adige. It appears to be a woman, but it is not excluded that there is another victim. A large-scale hunt for the murderer is underway and the Civil Protection has issued a radio alert to residents in the area not to leave their homes. For the moment there is no other information on the crime. The crime, which took place in an apartment in a condominium in San Candido, appears to have occurred within a family context. Special police units are preparing to raid the home. The murderer may still be inside.

As part of the police operation following the crime in San Candido, in Alto Adige, the area of ​​the train station is isolated. Currently, in fact, trains and buses do not stop in the village of Alta Val Pusteria, where at least one person, a woman, was killed in her apartment and the search is underway for the person responsible, who is believed to be a relative of the victim.
