The police are still early in the investigation into the murder at Grünerløkka in Oslo on Sunday. A woman in her 30s is accused of killing a man in his 20s at a private address.
The man was found badly injured in an ascent. First aid was carried out by health personnel, but life could not be saved.
The woman was quickly arrested at the address, and an initial questioning of her was carried out on the night of Monday.
– No further questioning of the accused has yet been carried out, but we have agreed on new questioning later this week, says police attorney Ida Fengsrud to Dagbladet.
– It came quickly
Will investigate the activity
In the aftermath of the murder, dozens of comments have appeared on the Facebook profile of the accused woman. Both the use of drugs is mentioned here and several have come forward with personal attacks.
Dagbladet has seen the comments posted by several people. Fengsrud confirms that they are also aware of the content that has been posted on the profile, and have initiated investigations.
– We will investigate the activity on the accused’s Facebook profile, and are aware that there has been activity there after the murder. The defender has also been contacted and informed about this. It is unfortunate if it turns out to be activity that includes personal attacks or harassment, says the police attorney.
Expect it to be appreciated
According to the woman’s defender, lawyer Kai Roger Vaag, he has recently been contacted by the police about the Facebook activity on Thursday. He does not want to comment on what they will do with the case, until he is familiar with the contents.
– But if there are threats or harassment, I expect the police to deal with it, says Vaag.
The defense attorney adds that his client will be questioned again on Friday.
