NEW YORK.- A New York City man is charged with kidnap, beat and rape a woman inside a mobile home for hours after handcuffs and shackles were placed on his legs, police said.
Alexander Isaac, 30, forced the victim into his Staten Island trailer home Monday morning before abusing her. She is now facing several charges, including kidnapping, rape, assault, unlawful imprisonment, and criminal possession of a weapon.
According to court documents obtained by the outlet FOX 5 New Yorkthe suspect handcuffed the woman, shackled her legs and covered her mouth while assaulting her.

The woman managed to escape nine hours later and walked to a police station a few blocks from the place.
The suspect was later arrested and arraigned in court last Wednesday.
New York Police Department detectives (NYPDfor its acronym in English) also found “suspicious materials”, including chemicals and a homemade bomb.
The neighbors told FOX 5 New York that Isaac always gave the impression of being a quiet and reserved man.
Authorities are still investigating the situation.
