Woman Found Guilty of Violating Regional Regulation by Sprinkling Urine and Feces into Neighbor’s House

Masriah, a woman from Sidoarjo who sprinkled urine and feces into her neighbour, Wiwik’s house, has been found guilty of violating a regional regulation. The case will be heard on 31 2023.

Reported detikJatim, the determination of Masriah’s regional regulation violator status was carried out by Satpol PP, not the police. Masriah violated a regional regulation by pouring feces and urine into Wiwik’s house. Previously, this case had been reported to the police, but the police handed over the handling of the case to the Satpol PP.

The plan is for Masriah to be tried next week. The trial will be held at the Sidoarjo District Court on Wednesday (31/5/2023). The session will be open to the public.

“It is planned that the case will be tried on May 31, 2023 at the Sidoarjo District Court. The trial will be open to the public,” said Sidoarjo Satpol PP Head of Binwasluh Anas Ali Akbar. detikJatimTuesday (23/5).

He said Masriah was not detained. He only violated a misdemeanor crime or tipping.

“Even though she has been named a suspect, Ms. Masriah was not detained, because the suspect violated not a light crime. But the decision will be in the hands of the judge during the trial,” said Anas.
