© News1 DB

A woman in her 30s was caught by the police after breaking into a public bathhouse in Daejeon dressed as a woman and filming the video with a mobile phone.

Daejeon Daedeok Police Station announced on the 5th that it was investigating a man in his 30s on charges of violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (filming using a camera, etc.).

Mr. A is accused of entering a public bath in Daedeok-gu, Daejeon on the 26th of last month at 4:00 pm wearing a wig pretending to be a woman and taking a video with a mobile phone.

After receiving a report from an employee saying that they “caught a man trying to enter a women’s bath,” the police immediately confiscated Mr. A’s cell phone and checked the video footage.

At the time, Mr. A was reported to have admitted to the crime without any resistance. The police believe that the video filmed by Mr. A was not distributed.

The police applied for an arrest warrant for Mr. A on the 28th, but it was dismissed by the court, so they plan to send Mr. A without detention without reapplying.
