SAN ANTONIO, Texas. – A Kirby, Texas woman was arrested for assaulting a 70-year-old woman because Animal Control Services took her dogs, according to court records. Moriah Lopez Now she is accused of beating, abusing and threatening the woman, for which the authorities imposed a bail of $75,000.
