Wolves’ Evolution: The Story of Ulver

Editions des Flammes Noires published at the end of November the French translation of the 350-page book telling the fabulous story ofWOLVESa Norwegian group with many hats.

Ulver’s Story, Wolves Evolvein six chapters and three detours written by Tore E. Espedal with WOLVES and translated by Emmanuel Reymond, will share with you the evolution of a black metal group which has gradually evolved towards much more varied sounds such as pop-rock, dark-folk or even electro.

The proposed biography is complete and well done with, in addition, interviews with the members of the group, beautiful photos of concerts, scenes of life or promotional flyers, texts on the group’s music and a faithful transcription of the rich career of a WOLVES without limits.

From their beginnings in the 90s to the release of the very poetic album “Flowers Of Evil” in 2020, you will be able to immerse yourself in the epic of music that is as interesting as it is intelligent.
