Cologne – Cup defender VfL Wolfsburg plays in the second round of the DFB Women’s Cup against MSV Duisburg. That was the result of the draw in Cologne. The seven-time trophy winner has home rights on December 6th against league rivals.
Bundesliga front runner FC Bayern Munich, however, still has to wait for his opponent. The game of the 2nd round between the regional soccer division TSV Jahn Delmenhorst and Walddörfer SV has yet to be played.
An interesting pairing takes place in Leipzig. Second division leaders RB Leipzig meet Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt. The match between Werder Bremen and SV Meppen is a pure Bundesliga pairing.
