Wolf Vostell The art that burns

Wolf Vostell The art that burns is the temporary exhibition that can be visited at the Vostell Museum in Malpartida de Cáceres on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the artist’s birth. The museum thus joins the celebrations of this anniversary.

The inauguration coincided with the date on which Wolf Vostell would have celebrated his birthday (14 October) and can be visited until April 2023.

Works from private collections

The exhibition brings together works from private collections, works belonging to The Wolf Vostell Estate and also the museum collections and the Happening Vostell archive.

The common thread is the link between the violence of war and the devastating effect of human activities on ecosystems.

If you visit the new exhibition dedicated to Wolf Vostell, don’t forget to take a selfie in the new body letters of Malpartida de Cáceres.
