Weapon ‘Doll’s Saber’, ‘Etiquette’ applied to Waryong in-game… Available to play starting September 27th
Neowiz (Co-CEOs Seung-cheol Kim, Tae-geun Bae) announced on the 15th that ‘Lies of P’ has revealed the details of collaboration with action RPG ‘Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty’.
Through this collaboration, users can experience two types of in-game weapons with P’s unique sensibility in Waryong.
The ‘Doll’s Saber’, a curved sword favored by the doll in P’s Lie, is a weapon that combines a sharp blade and a guard pattern, and is used by the main character volunteer soldier of War Dragon to defeat enemies.
‘Etiquette’, which looks like an umbrella, is a weapon with an old-fashioned design that not only allows for stylish play, but also enhances the dignity of a brave warrior.
The two collaboration weapons can be enjoyed in Waryong in-game starting September 27th.
The worldview of Waryong, which unfolds against the backdrop of the Three Kingdoms, and the weapons of the Belle Epoque era, which serve as the background for P’s Lies, are expected to provide unique fun to users.
A video from Waryong commemorating the collaboration between the two companies was also released.
The video shows the in-game play of Warryong fighting with P’s weapon of lies. The majestic background music of P’s Lie and the main character’s appearance overlap with Waryong’s worldview, further raising expectations for this collaboration.
Warryong is an action soul-like game developed by Team Ninja, a division of Japanese game production company KOEI TECMO GAMES.
Thanks to the swordplay action in which the main character, a volunteer soldier, takes on demons against the backdrop of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, and the unique story that combines the Romance of the Three Kingdoms and dark fantasy, cumulative sales worldwide exceeded 1 million copies in about two months after its release in February.
Meanwhile, P’s Lie, a single-player action RPG in the Soullike genre being developed by Round 8 Studio under Neowiz, will be officially released on September 19th.
