“WNL on Sunday Broadcast Halted Due to Technical Malfunction”

The broadcast of WNL on Sunday on NPO 1 has been stopped due to a technical malfunction. During a conversation with Minister Weerwind for Legal Protection, problems arose with the guests’ microphones. The problems were in the control car.

The broadcast, presented by Rick Nieman, was then interrupted and an error message appeared on the screen. A repeat of another program was later broadcast.

Minister Weerwind was on the air to speak about a stricter prison regime, such as limiting the communication of top criminals such as Ridouan Taghi with lawyers and the outside world.

The broadcast would also include CDA MEP Esther de Lange, Antwerp mayor Bart de Wever, professor Jan-Willem van Prooijen and media entrepreneur Sjuul Paradijs.
