The head of the World Medical Association, Frank Ulrich Montgomery, said that revaccination against coronavirus should become an annual practice for all countries. It boosts immune defenses.

Montgomery spoke in favor of vaccination certificates having a validity period that would expire at a certain point if a citizen does not undergo revaccination in a timely manner.
The first coronavirus vaccinations were given in Germany in December last year. Citizens who received them still have valid certificates.
“The booster vaccination boosts the immune system. But we don’t know exactly how long it will last. Maybe we need to repeat it every year,” he said.
Meanwhile, WHO has urged not to panic over the new COVID-19 strain.
