In addition to the Latvian national airline airBaltic, which resumed flights from Ukraine to Riga on Wednesday morning, five more airlines will soon start providing passenger transportation to and from third countries, Riga Airport informs.

According to the information currently available at the airport, Belavia, which will fly to Minsk, Aeroflot, which will fly to Moscow, Turkish Airlines, which will fly to Istanbul, and Uzbekistan Airways, which will fly to Tashkent, are planning to resume scheduled flights to third countries. , as well as Wizz Air, which will fly to Kiev and Kutaisi.

In addition to flights to Kiev, airBaltic plans to resume flights to Minsk, Moscow, Tbilisi, St. Petersburg and Tel Aviv.

Most of these airlines plan to resume flights in late March or early April, with the start of the summer season. The frequency of flights to third countries could not yet be answered precisely at the airport, as not all airlines have yet submitted their plans.
