Anessa Rossii, of San Diego, California, said she was told her estranged husband had killed himself five months after they separated and his funeral had been arranged by his family.
But months later Anessa was shocked to find her husband, who was still legally married, was alive but he had been living in Mexico with the woman he was having an affair with.
Anessa shared her husband’s “crazy story” on TikTok. “Show me if the Miami-Dade police department calls you and tells you that they have found your husband’s body and he died by suicide,” said Anessa, starting her story, which was reported. Daily StarTuesday (4/4/2023).
“So you and your family are planning his funeral and everyone is shocked that this is happening but you are on bad terms with your ex-husband’s family so you are living in California and they are living in Florida while they are ‘planning the funeral,'” Anessa continued.
“And you don’t go to the service [pemakaman] in Florida because her family said it would be too traumatic for you to show up because you’re in the process of divorcing your husband.”
In another video, Anessa explained that her husband’s parents had called her on January 22 to inform them that his husband had taken his own life.
He claims he even spoke on the phone with people claiming to be from the local police department and coroner’s office.
But months later, he discovered that neither was quite right.
