And the man appeared while he was sitting in one of the streets of the city of Mosul, holding the debt book and setting it on fire, seeking the face of God and before the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan.
And during the pictures, it seems that the man was happy with that step and dropping the debts from the owners, as he appeared smiling in almost all the shots.
