“We have already witnessed a huge scandal involving many citizens of the Afro-Caribbean community who have lived in Britain for 30-40 years. They were deported, so there are fears that a second such scandal could occur, “Jingozyan explained on BNR.
He is adamant that the deportation of groups of Bulgarians from the Kingdom has the potential to become a serious problem for our country, as the social system will not be able to take a huge number of unemployed.
“An information campaign, which was not realized, addressed to the Bulgarians in Great Britain, should have started a long time ago,” our compatriot is categorical. – She had to explain to them what rights and obligations they will have after Brexit. It is no secret that a large part of Bulgarians follow the native media and are interested in what is happening in Bulgaria, so their role in this process could, and still can, be greater. “
An important detail about the settlement document issued by the authorities is that it is not on paper.
“Everyone who has already received it must prove its existence. They will not receive a physical document or stamp in their passport, as it is only digital. This is a huge problem for Bulgarians in Britain. My appeal is to apply first and then to take the steps they need to prove this status. “
