Saturday around 1 p.m., at the intersection of the D19 and the D27 between Crosey-le-Grand and Crosey-le-Petit, two vehicles collided.
The first car would have refused priority to the second and would have struck it on the side when entering the road.

Soon heard by the gendarmes
At the wheel of this first vehicle was a driver in his thirties. The second car was carrying a couple of two people in their forties. Shocked and slightly injured, all were transferred to the Nord Franche-Comté hospital for examinations.
The accident did not cause any traffic disruption.
The individual who, according to a source in the gendarmerie, would be responsible for the collision was driving despite the suspension of his driving license a vehicle which was not insured. In addition, his narcotics screening came back positive for cannabis.
Following his visit to the hospital, the man must be heard by the gendarmes concerning these various traffic offenses that he is accused of having committed.
