Ciamis News (harapanrakyat.com), – The babbling birds belonging to residents in Sindangjaya Hamlet, Ciakar Village, Cipaku District, Ciamis Regency, West Java, became the target of thieves. In the past week, as many as six birds have disappeared.
Juli, a resident of Sindangjaya Hamlet, Ciakar Village, Cipaku District, Ciamis Regency, said that recently, the theft of babbling birds often occurs.
“During the past week alone, there have been six chattering birds belonging to the missing residents,” said Juli to HR Online, Sunday (31/07/2022).
He suspects that the theft occurred during the day, when the owner of the house was out gardening. Even though the missing bird is not a classy babbling bird, said Juli, its owners are still angry.

Due to this incident, the residents of Block Banua Kidul, Hamsun Sindangjaya, compactly conducted reconnaissance. Because, it does not rule out the possibility of thieves coming back to take other birds.
“Yes, the residents are compactly conducting surveillance in the hope that the culprit is caught. We suspect that the theft of the babbling bird is possible other than the thief who likes to keep birds. It can also be done by people to be traded again,” said Juli.
He added that before the perpetrators are caught, residents will not get tired of doing surveillance. Because, as long as the culprit has not been caught, the search for birds will certainly happen again.
