Rep. Jang was sexually harassed by party leader Kim Jong-cheol at dinner on the 15th. On the 18th, Rep. Jang, who had repeatedly pondered that the Justice Party would suffer a fatal blow if this fact became known, informed the party on the 18th to Bae Bok-ju, vice president of the Justice Party’s gender headquarters.
On the 25th, CEO Kim Jong-cheol acknowledged this fact and immediately resigned with the crime of apologizing, and the Justice Party pledged to take strict measures with the party’s apology.
At the same time, Rep. Jang said, “It is the way to restore my dignity as a human being and return to my daily life, and for the Justice Party and our society, which I am deeply loving and involved in.” He issued a position statement.

Rep. Jang attended Yonsei University’s Department of Journalism and Broadcasting as a scholarship student for four years, and in November 2011, “I quit because there is something better than school, do you love your school? If not, why are you here?” I dropped out after attaching a grandfather.

In 2013, Rep. Jang opened his eyes to’human rights for persons with disabilities’ when he learned that there was a human rights violation at the facility where his younger brother with a developmental disability stayed. Since then, he has been actively working as a documentary film director and a disabled human rights activist by taking pictures of his younger brother’s daily life.

◇ Rejected Park Won-soon’s condolences while shouting’solidarity with the victims’, and abstaining from the amendment of the airlift
The Justice Party, which felt the need for a new change due to the death of Rep. Roh Hoe-chan and the withdrawal of former Dongyang University professor Jin Joong-kwon, recruited Jang before the 21st general election.
In response, Rep. Jang attached the badge as the second proportional representative following Rep. Ryu Ho-jeong (born in 1992) in his 20s.
Rep. Jang emerged as the leading role in the generational change, taking the role of the Justice Party’s’Innovation Committee Chairman’, and showed a markedly different appearance from established politicians.
Rep. Jang rejected the condolence by emphasizing “solidarity with the victims” with Rep. Ryu Ho-jeong, protesting the party-level decision of “Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon” in July last year.
