In the volume “ABC of nutrition”, doctor Mihaela Bilic offers many suggestions that are easy to put into practice by parents who want to feed their children healthy. Thus, a few tricks aim to replace sugar with vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and mint.
In the same way, salt could be dethroned in spice preparations such as pepper, nutmeg, cumin, dill, tarragon and thyme.

Once the sugar and salt in the food are reduced, many basic ingredients will be much better perceived by the taste buds, and over time, the whole family will get used to the taste of health on the plate.
