It is not often that Prime Minister Markus Söder (CSU) shows up with two ministers in tow for an appointment in Passau. Minister of Justice Georg Eisenreich and Minister of Construction Christian Bernreiter (both of the CSU) witnessed the laying of the foundation stone for the new Königschalding prison.
