As “Delphi” says “Blow, winds!” Anda Birkenberg, a representative of the industry, is actively working on the creation of a two-part concert with the participation of more than 100 musicians, who are not unfamiliar with the concert garden “Pūt, vējiņi!” the postulated idea of ​​freedom – freedom in music, freedom in self-confidence and freedom in cultural processes – and the special feeling of Liepaja. Composer and pianist Uldis Marhilēvičs, producer and director Viktors Runtulis, multimedia artist Artis Dzērve, sound director Normunds Slava and event organizer, producer, singer and poet Maija Kalniņa have united in creating a significant musical event.

She emphasizes that at the opening concert “Return”, the brightest musicians, groups and personalities of Latvia will rise on the restored stage boards of the stage. “This will allow every visitor to witness not only a historical event, but also a great music festival, where songs and compositions will be played one after the other, without which this place, this story and this return are unimaginable,” emphasizes Maija Kalniņa.

Liepaja Concert Garden “Blow, winds!” after reconstruction and restoration into operation was adopted in December 2021. The new “Blow, Winds!” the total area of ​​the building is 1681.9 m²; number of spectator seats – 1441 seats. The total area of ​​the land plot – a little over 22 thousand. m².
