Rai1 and Radio Friday 10 June at 21.25 present the appointment live from the square in front of the Upper Basilica of San Francesco d’Assisi. Carlo Conti with the participation of Francesco Gabbani, Malika Ayane, Nek with Albano and Raoul Bova, leads the charity evening of solidarity of the Friars of the Sacred Convent of Assisi, which for twenty years has been helping and supporting those who suffer and those in difficulty. The solidarity event “With the Heart in the Name of Francis” is promoted by the Friars of the Sacred Convent of Assisi with the coordination of Father Enzo Fortunato. Every year the Franciscan Friars organize a charity marathon and ask all men of good will for help for the most disadvantaged and needy people.
This year the solidarity intent is both to help the Franciscan canteens operating in Italy, the Italian families in difficulty, the projects of the Franciscan Missions operating in all continents and to send all possible humanitarian aid to civilians affected by the war in Ukraine. .
The 2022 edition of “Con il Cuore – Nel Nome di Francesco” sees the involvement of great artists who will perform during the evening – even live with their bands – in support of fundraising.
Immersed in a Franciscan atmosphere, Carlo Conti together and all the cast present will give rise to an exceptional event, a unique evening of music, storytelling and solidarity.
The evening that combines entertainment, culture and spirituality will also see the participation of many witnesses of solidarity and civil, medical and religious fraternity.
Also this year “Con il Cuore nel nome di Francesco” will be broadcast live on Rai Radio1 as well as streamed on RaiPlay.
The program will be aired in rerun on Sunday 12 June at 16:10 always on Rai1.
