Temperatures are rising and driving in a car is losing its comfort. The temperature rises and the car’s interior needs to be cooled. This can be done with open windows or air conditioning. The second option is, of course, more convenient and simpler. Just press a button and cold air starts blowing from the air vents. However, few drivers know how to use the air conditioning button correctly and especially when it is the right time to do so.
Manual air conditioning has a problem with the correct setting
Many older, simpler or cheaper cars have only manual air conditioning. It switches on and off with the button and does not allow precise temperature setting. Only the driver has the right intensity of air blowing, the direction of air blowing and when the air conditioning will cool down. The result can be a constant readjustment, which will affect the alternation of cold and heat, and perfect comfort will never be achieved.
Automatic air conditioning leads to incorrect temperature selection
Automatic air conditioning is easier to set up. Just activate it with the button and then set the optimal temperature. However, many drivers set the wrong one. The correct temperature should also reflect the outside. Too low a temperature compared to the outside can lead to health problems. On the contrary, unnecessarily high leads to poor temperature comfort.
How to do it? Slowly and cautiously
How to use air conditioning, manual or automatic, correctly? Use it with caution. Before driving, let the car ideally ventilate and thus reduce its temperature. Only then get on, start and turn on the air conditioning. Initially, you need to cool the interior slowly. And for health reasons. Gradually reduce the temperature to the required comfort.
However, this does not end the peripetia with the correct air conditioning settings. Before the destination, it is advisable to prepare for the performance. The temperature in the car should rise slowly to keep the ambient level as close as possible. Drivers and passengers will not have a significant thermal shock when getting off. This can be over 10 degrees Celsius if the air conditioning is set incorrectly, which is a significant problem.
