The Venadense Soccer League will begin this weekend to play its 2023 tournament with five previews between Friday and Saturday, where the match that will possibly have the renowned Brian Sarmiento as the protagonist stands out.
The first game of the year will be the classic hosted by Jorge Newbery and Sportivo Ben Hur at the “Bernabé Ferreyra” at 7:30 p.m. in Reserve and at 9:30 p.m. in the First Division for Zone 1 of Division “B”.
On Saturday there will be another four meetings. For Division “A”, Teodelina FBC and runner-up Atlético Elortondo will face each other at 17 in Reserve and 19 in First Division. While for “B”, Sportivo Avellaneda will face Central Argentino on the Defensores Talleres field (3:00 and 5:00 p.m.); Sportsman from Villa Cañás receives Racing Club from Teodelina (16 and 18); and Independiente de Amenábar will be the home of the rookie Deportivo Belgrano de Rufino (15 and 17) where the renowned player Brian Sarmiento will debut for CAIA.
The rest of the games will be played on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. in Reserve and 5:00 p.m. in First Division.

For Division “A”, there will be a duel of champions of both categories when Sportivo Sancti Spiritu receives Juventud Pueyrredón. On the other hand, in “El Coloso” on Sarmiento street, Sportivo Rivadavia faces Juventud Unida, Independiente FBC will be the home of Sportivo Sarmiento in the duel of promoted teams and the Hughes FBC of “Nacho” Scocco will face off against the renewed Unión and Murphy Culture.
In another of the attractive duels of the first date, General Belgrano receives Jorge Newbery from Venado Tuerto at the “Manuel Boggio”; Peñarol will be local to San Jorge de Carmen; and finally, Los Andes FBC faces Studebaker from Villa Cañás in San Eduardo.
In Zone 1 of Division “B” they will complete the following matches on Sunday: on the one hand, in the duel of Venadenses they will face each other Centenario and Sacachispa FBC at the “Felipe Widmer”, while Rufino Matienzo will be the local of Belgrano Sancti Spiritu FBC.
For Zone 2, Sportsman Carmelense receives San Martín de Chovet, Nueva Era to Deportivo Chapuy, Náutico Melincué to Sportivo María Teresa and the classic of the date between Ciudad Nueva and Defensores Talleres at “Aldo Manuel Cabana”.
