Hamburg – It is not getting easier for the FC St. Pauli in the Bundesliga To gain a foothold. The Hamburg team currently has zero points and on Saturday the third-placed RB Leipzig will be waiting for the Kiezkickers.
“Brutal quality”
Coach Alexander Blessin said: “Leipzig has a brutal quality in the team. We want to see every game as a highlight. We are just happy that we have a home game again after two away games and we hope for our fans and that we can collect the first points. We know that it will not be easy, but not impossible. We know the power of Leipzig with their speed. We have talked about that and I am confident that we can implement it.”
clarity
Blessin expects one thing above all from his team: “We talked about that this week. It’s always been present in training. Action speaks louder than words. You gain self-confidence through the basics, and that’s simply tackling. You don’t have to think: I have to play a beautiful pass now. To move and not to hide, to support your teammates and also to help them. Clarity in our passing game is very important.”
